Meat Fondue

This was also really good! This was the second addition to our meal after the cheese fondue.

**This is what I used and it was more than enough for four people

Meats

2 small chicken breasts cubed
1 tenderloin steak cubed
1/2 pound peeled and deveined raw shrimp

About 1/2 filled sauce pan of either vegetable oil or meat broth (chicken or beef)

Directions

Lightly season the meats. I used lemon pepper and garlic salt for the chicken; season all, garlic salt, pepper for the steak; tad of garlic salt on the shrimp. I also sprinkled a little sea salt on all three. In a small saucepan, heat either your oil or broth until it is about 375*F. You can test by dropping a small piece of bread in and seeing if it cooks within 30 seconds. Once it is heated, carefully transfer into fondue pot.

Each person can cook the meat according to how they like it done! Chicken should not be left pink obviously, but the beef would be ok!

You can also dip the meats in your choice of sauce: barbecue, soy, hoisen, mustard, steak sauce, cocktail sauce etc. We mostly ate it just plain because it was so tasty! But, it's up to you!
